The Bags are yours to keep. You never have to return your bag. As long as you are enrolled in the subscription program you will receive one bag each month which you can keep.

The bag size depends on your selection when completing the Style Questionnaire; you can select small to medium, medium to large and varied sizes. While the bags will vary in size, never in quality.
First, you complete a Style Questionnaire and based on your answers we have a team of experts that work diligently to ensure that we send you only the finest products each month.
The Questionnaire is completed immediately after check out. Once you have completed your purchase a confirmation page will appear that includes a link to the Questionnaire. If you happen to miss this, it can also be found on the order confirmation which is received immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see your Order Confirmation in your email inbox, be sure to check your Spam Folder.

Yes, you can update your Questionnaire at any time! When you completed your Questionnaire initially, a personalized link was sent to you, this link allows you to access your Questionnaire at any time.
The Style Questionnaire link is provided at checkout once your order has been successfully placed; it appears at the order confirmation page. However if you missed it or did not see it simply click here.
Absolutely not! You can cancel your subscription at any time.
If you are traveling or need us to pause your subscription we can as a courtesy do this for up to three billing cycles. Simply complete our Pause form and they will make this happen.
You can cancel by completing our cancellation form. Note that cancellations submitted after the 5th of the month will be effective the following Month. When completing the cancellation form a cancellation email is sent to you. Please keep this for your records; it serves as your confirmation.
We honor your sign up rate for the duration of your membership. We will not change (increase/decrease) your membership rate.
Subscriptions renew periodically according to your subscription plan. They will continue to renew unless cancelled.
You can use Paypal if you prepay the membership for a minimum of 2 months. We are currently working with Paypal to allow monthly recurring billing but at this time it’s not available.
Once your bag is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours. If you find that emails are not arriving, please check your spam folder and be sure to white list us!
Once you have completed the style questionnaire, your subscription will be shipped within two weeks.
Our cutoff for monthly subscription shipments is the 20th of the month. If you signed up after the 20th of the month, your first month, while shipped immediately, will automatically be considered as part of the subsequent month’s orders. From that point on expect your bags to be billed between the 10th – 12th and shipped out by the 15th.
Bags start shipping out after the 10th of each month. You can expect to receive them between the 15-17th depending on your location.
